1. Log into your Rent Application account here: https://www.rentapplication.net/login/
*If you did not set a password when submitting your application or need to reset your password, click here for instructions.
2. Once logged into your dashboard, click the View button next to your application.
3. Click on the corresponding tabs to view your application and reports.
How to update your submitted application
Once logged in, you can make any needed updates to your application without having to repay.
1. Click the "Edit" button to the right of your application and then update your information.
2. Navigate to the section you need to update, and edit your information. Once complete, make sure you proceed to the Authorization section and click on Resubmit to save your edits!
An email will be automatically sent to the property representative letting them know you've made changes.
Please note that if a decision has been made on your application, you'll see the status in your dashboard as Accepted or Rejected. This will lock your application and you will not be able to make additional changes.
What is the status of my submitted application?
Rent Application provides rental application software to landlords, property managers, and real estate agents. We are not involved in evaluating the application or making any decisions, and we don't have any information about the status or decision-making process.
For any questions about the status of your application, you'll need to contact the landlord or company directly.
The best way to do that is to use the contact information for whoever sent you the link to apply. If you still have the application link, the landlord or property manager's contact info may be listed on the application page.
