To send an application form to a potential tenant so that they can apply, click the Send button next to the application you want to send. 

Copy the application link to email to the potential tenant directly OR enter the applicant's email address and click Send Application Link. You can also choose to CC yourself and enter a custom message! 

You can add multiple recipients. If there are co-applicants, so ahead and add them all at once :) 

 

 

Utilizing your custom QR code 

If you have your own marketing materials, you can insert just the QR code! This can be downloaded by clicking the Send button next to your form in your account dashboard: 

You can display this image to applicants, and they'll simply scan it with their phone to apply!

 

Do co-signers or co-applicants need to fill out their own application?

Yes, each applicant for who you want screening reports will have to complete their own application form and submit the application fee.

For security and compliance purposes each application form only processes screening reports for one applicant.

We do provide a "Co-Applicant Name" field in the default application template so that you can determine how incoming applications are associated to one another.
